Compassion. Empowerment. Insight.
Welcome to Trypstate
At Trypstate, my mission is to provide transformative healing experiences for individuals navigating emotional and psychological challenges through a holistic, integrative approach. I offer individual therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration, grounded in self-compassion, personal empowerment, and deep insight. My goal is to support clients in reclaiming control of their lives and cultivating a way of being rooted in love rather than fear. Through this work, I help individuals build resilience, deepen their connection to themselves and others, and rediscover a renewed sense of purpose.
Services Offered
I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support deep healing, personal growth, and meaningful transformation. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, seeking clarity, or exploring expanded states of consciousness, my approach is grounded in compassion, presence, and a deep respect for your unique journey.

In my individual therapy practice, I take an integrative approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs of every client. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and also support adults and older adults with a range of other challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I use evidence based approaches interchangeably depending on what will be most helpful for you, including EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
I believe each client inherently knows what is best for them, but may need support in navigating obstacles along the way. Through mindfulness and compassionate exploration, I help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can identify and move through barriers to well being. My role is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your strengths, and your capacity for healing, supporting you in living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

EMDR is a structured, evidence based therapy that helps the brain and nervous system process difficult experiences so they no longer feel as raw or triggering in the present. Many people notice that even when they understand what happened, their body still reacts with anxiety, shame, panic, or feeling on edge. EMDR works by helping distressing memories, sensations, and beliefs move through the system in a new way, so they can be stored as something that happened, rather than something you are still living.
EMDR is best known for treating trauma and PTSD, and it can also be highly effective for concerns like anxiety and panic, depression, burnout, grief and loss, phobias, relationship triggers, low self worth, performance or test anxiety, and major life transitions. In my practice, EMDR is always paced to your window of tolerance. We begin with preparation and resourcing so you feel grounded and supported, and we move into reprocessing only when you are ready. Throughout the process, my goal is to help you feel more stable, more connected to yourself, and more able to move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that combines the use of ketamine with guided psychotherapy to support deep emotional healing. We begin with an in depth assessment to determine whether KAP is a safe and appropriate option for you. If it is a good fit, we move into preparation sessions to set intentions and create a strong therapeutic foundation. During ketamine sessions, the medicine can help quiet habitual thought patterns and increase access to deeper emotional layers. I am present throughout to provide grounding and support. Integration sessions follow, where we process insights and explore how they can translate into lasting change. KAP can be especially helpful for those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, or feeling stuck in traditional therapy.
For some clients, I also offer ketamine assisted EMDR using a psycholytic dose. Psycholytic simply means a lower dose designed to support psychotherapy. You typically remain oriented and able to talk, while feeling more open and less stuck in habitual patterns. This approach can support EMDR reprocessing by increasing emotional tolerance, softening avoidance, and helping trauma related material be processed with greater steadiness. As with all EMDR work, we begin with thorough preparation and resourcing, then move into carefully paced reprocessing when you are ready, followed by integration to support ongoing healing and sustained progress.

Psychedelic experiences—whether from personal exploration, retreats, or therapeutic settings—can bring forward profound insights and emotional shifts. In integration therapy, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and process these experiences, helping you make meaning of them and integrate what arises into your daily life. This work can support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and long-term transformation. While I offer ketamine as part of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I do not provide other psychedelic substances or facilitate their use. I support clients who have engaged with psychedelics elsewhere and are seeking thoughtful, therapeutic integration.
